Azera didn't come out until MY2006, but I see some resemblance there. Actually just any single-lightbar taillight vehicle, like the MKZ.

I don't believe the Audi is a copy, I'm simply noting that a (possible production) 60K-100K Luxury Coupe by a major German Luxury Brand reminded me of a 21K-35K Shitbox™ Sedan.

The MKZ isn't a similar shape at all though. The overall curve and shape of the design of the Audi and Azera are extremely similar. The Audi is clearly modern, but the similarities aren't subtle enough considering the Azera started at 21K new in 2006 and this Audi design, if produced, would easily start at 60K and quickly climb.
